Face it, business can get messy, even at the best of times. Actually, especially at the best of times because that’s when your business is so busy, you can’t get to the back-end operational details that keep things running smoothly.

The truth is, things have to get messy before they can get organized. Messy is a rite of passage to a better way of operating.

It should feel somewhat uncomfortable and bumpy along the road. That is totally okay and to be expected.
